Wing Luke Museum food tours are back!!
Tours are in-person, and start onsite at The Wing! While you are in our care on the tour, please practice social distancing and wear a mask (unless you are eating!) We treat the local neighborhood as an extension of the museum. Duration of tour experience is 2.5 hours, approximately 1 mile travel distance, and will include walking to 4 different local restaurants to sit down and taste various noodle dishes.
Guests will be given sanitized headsets to wear along the tour to help support everyone's health and safety. You are more than welcome to bring your own headset to plug into our listening devices. We invite you to wear comfortable walking shoes, to dress for the weather, and an appetite as you learn more about the dishes you are eating along with the history of the local community.
We are keeping our group sizes small for social distancing and safety, with 6 guests per museum guide. If you have a group of 5 friends or family members that you have gathered safely with through the pandemic, you may inquire about having a guide for just your party! Please note their names when you register.
Proof of vaccination for everyone over 12 is required.
If you have a group larger than 6 people, contact us separately at tours@wingluke.org to host a private food tour experience with at least a minimum of 10 guests.
Vegetarian options are available with at least 1 week advance notice. Otherwise, food may contain or be in contact with meat, seafood, tree nuts, peanuts and gluten.
Advanced registration online is highly encouraged-- we only have a maximum of 24 guests per event date. Registration closes 48 hours in advance of the event.
Your presence on this tour directly supports the local restaurants we love and work with in the Chinatown International District and helps keep them around for all of us to enjoy. Spread the word to your family members and friends by word of mouth and through your social medias. The Noodle Slurp will only be available for the fall season until December 2021, so make sure you don't miss out!
