In years past, Art week at Summer Camp has focused on creating visual art. In 2026, we’re expanding the definition of art to include performing arts too! Each day of this week, we will focus the spotlight on a different performing art form: music, cultural dances, drill team cadences, and drama. We will play with different types of movement and performance and meet with teaching artists who are experts in playing taiko, doing cultural dances, marching in drill teams, and acting on the stage. On the last day of camp, we will have a talent show to show off some of what you learned.
