11:30 AM  –  12:30 PM

Hello,

This is a special link for you to register for the Japanese American Remembrance Trail Tour starting at Seattle's Waterfront at 11:30am following the Protect Every Park Gathering event on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 10:00am.

We will be visiting some sites on the western part of the trail map that includes the former INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) Building, now known as INScape Arts. The tour will be ending at the INS Building, but guests on the tour are welcome to head back towards the Wing Luke Museum with wristbands to explore the galleries for the remainder of the day until 5pm for more learning.

Regarding accessibility:

The tour is approximately a 1.5 mile walk from 1505 Alaskan Way to the INS Building. The route is mostly flat and we will be walking along city sidewalks. Inside the INS Building, there is elevator access and restrooms.

Sanitized listening devices will be available to help with hearing amidst city ambience as we make our way on the tour. They have an auxiliary jack and are not bluetooth compatible, if you want to bring your own to use.

Please email ddy@wingluke.org for questions about this specific tour for accessibility.

Registration for this tour will close 24 hours in advance of the event for proper preparation.
