Join us on Thursday evening, March 6, for the Member and Special Guest opening reception of the Ten Thousand Things exhibit. Curator Shin Yu Pai will be on hand to talk about commonplace objects, personal belongings, and how these artifacts can inspire storytelling and contemplation of cultural and historical memories.
Inspired by her award-winning public radio podcast, the Ten Thousand Things exhibit will showcase objects and stories curated from the original podcast, alongside additional artifacts contributed from the local community. The opening night reception and program will include brief comments by Shin Yu, and short presentations by others featured in the show.
