INS Building Tour

This event is no longer on sale.

Saturday July 28

10:30 AM  –  11:30 AM

Retrace the paths of Seattle's immigration history through the eyes of Chinese sojourners, settlers and laborers; through Japanese community leaders imprisoned in 1942. The voices of these migrants still resonate within the walls that once detained them. To understand the race-based immigration landscape of today, immerse yourselves in stories of those who lived through the very beginnings.

Please note that the tour will begin at the front entrance of the INSCAPE Building (815 Seattle Blvd S). Tour is approximately 60-90 minutes. Uncomfortable and minor upsetting moments may occur during the tour experience.

Tour includes guided experience of the INS Building and entry into all galleries at The Wing.
