Making Waves: The Rise of Asian America (2025, 58 mins) traces the powerful legacy of Asian American activism through the lens of ethnic studies - from the 1968 student strikes in California to the present-day fight against anti-Asian hate.
Through educators, experts and a rising generation of student activists, Making Waves builds a compelling case for education as resistance.
With clarity, compassion, and a strong intergenerational focus, the film amplifies the ongoing struggle to define Asian American identity on its own terms.
