SIGN UP TO SEE SANTA! 

• On the right side of your screen, click "Other Times" to view all available time slots 
• Choose Time you would like to visit Santa. Based on feedback from past years, there are no longer time slots at the top of each half hour to allow each party a moment to prepare to meet Santa
• Enter "1" into the quantity line  
• Each time reservation is limited to "1 Family" and "1 pose" per time slot 
• Continue to Checkout 
• If you are a member, you must be logged in to the website and your discount will be automatically applied in your cart during checkout. Please log in at the top right-hand corner and begin the entire process. 
• If you log on and it gives you an error message, please request a new password. If you experience any difficulties, feel free to call us at 206-623-5124 x202 or email visit@wingluke.org. Museum hours are 10AM-5PM Wednesday-Sunday. 

RESERVATION INCLUDES:  

• Each time slot is 2 minutes long 
• Each time slot is for one pose only 
• Access for your entire (single) party/family to take a photo with Santa 
• 1 photo print of a single party pose 
• If you'd like to purchase additional photo prints, you may do so at check-in on the day-of. 

• • $8+tax per photo for Members  
  • $16+tax per photo for non-members 
• Each party may have up to 2 poses per time slot. Need more than 2? Please reserve an additional time slot. 

• Your ticket does not include access to the museum exhibits but the Marketplace is free to visit (members get 10% off daily). Please check in at the front desk if you would like to purchase general admission or check in as members. 

PRECAUTIONS:

• Wing Luke Museum encourages masking for visitors 5+ while indoors.
  • Masks okay to be off for photos to smile with Santa!
• Service animals welcome, please leave other animal family members at home.

HOW TO SEE SANTA: 

• Please check-in at the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to receive your registration card. 
  • Please be sure to print your tickets or bring your email confirmation to enable a quick check-in process at the admissions desk. 
• Please note, your start time is an approximation and may be delayed by 5-10 minutes to accommodate children who are having a shy time meeting Santa. Thank you for your patience! 
• Please note that, in order for each party to have a fun visit with Santa, all reservations will be 2 minutes in length. Your registration card from the front desk will show you when you can enter the Santa Room to warm up to Santa's presence.  
• Your photos print immediately! Don't forget to get them before you leave the Santa room! 

Pre-registration strongly encouraged! Walk-ins will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will not guarantee an opportunity to visit with Santa for photos. You will be placed on a waiting list and asked to return at a certain time for the chance that additional space may become available.
